24/7 Urgent Care: Get free, round-the-clock care for non-emergency conditions via phone or video through the HealthJoy app. Avoid unnecessary trips to the doctor's office or emergency room.
Dermatology: Access skin care by logging into your Teladoc account. Request a dermatology consult, fill out an intake form, and upload photos of your skin issue. A board-certified dermatologist will respond within two business days and can send prescriptions to your pharmacy if needed.
Nutrition: Work with registered dietitians for personalized nutrition advice. Get custom meal plans, shopping guides, and other resources to support a healthy lifestyle.
You can request an on-demand telehealth visit if you feel seek or need medical attention ASAP or schedule one at your preferred time. After your consultation, you’ll receive a diagnosis, treatment plan, and any necessary prescriptions. A visit summary will be added to your file, and prescriptions will be sent to your local pharmacy if required.
