How are prescriptions sent to the pharmacy?

It's important to note that HealthJoy and its telemedicine partners, Walmart Health and Teladoc, are not online pharmacies.

However, if you are prescribed medication 💊 during an online medical consultation, it will be submitted electronically to the local pharmacy of your choice. Please keep in mind that we only send prescriptions to verified pharmacies within the United States.

If you would like to select a different pharmacy after the consultation, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Concierge team. We will coordinate with your provider to facilitate the transfer to any pharmacy of your preference.
