How do I add a family member?

For most employer-sponsored plans, your spouse and dependents between 18 and 26 are eligible for their own HealthJoy account. During the activation of your account, you can verify their information and send them a unique activation link. 🔗

You can chat with our Healthcare Concierge team to have them added. To do so, select "Chat" from the bottom menu, and provide their first and last name, email address, and date of birth. You may want to let your dependent know in advance that they will be added so that they do not miss the activation email.

❕It's important to note that your employer may have policies that prohibit us from adding your family members to your account. If that is the case, we recommend that you contact your employer's HR department to add them to the next eligibility file.
