Can someone under 18 get their own account?

Dependents who are under the age of 18 are not eligible to create their own account. Instead, they can use our service through the parent's account with parental supervision.

If you want to add a minor to your existing account, simply select "Chat" from the bottom menu. A Healthcare Concierge will assist you with the process.

❕It's important to note that your employer may have policies that prohibit us from adding your family members to your account. If that is the case, we recommend that you contact your employer's HR department to add them to the next eligibility file.
