Can I give a dependent over the age of 26 their own HealthJoy account?

Generally, only direct family members (spouse and dependents between 18 and 26) are eligible for their own HealthJoy account.

We can consider making an exception for your dependent over 26, but we'll require the necessary information through the eligibility file from your employer.

Please reach out to your HR department to send us an updated eligibility file containing your dependent's details, and we'll gladly include them in your profile.
