If you already have a provider who we found or verified for you, open your HealthJoy Inbox, select the needed recommendation, and tap on the provider's photo. Below, you will see the 'Schedule an appointment' button. Once you press it, Joy will ask you some questions about your future visit, and then you are all set!
❕Sometimes, this button is unavailable as some offices prefer to communicate directly with patients. If this is the case, you can inform us in chat that you need an appointment - our team will reach the office and try to schedule it. If the office still wants to talk to the patient, we will provide them with your contact information and ask them to reach out to you for further assistance.
If you don't have a provider in mind yet, you can also initiate a new provider search using our chat feature. Simply tap 'Chat'
, and 'Finding a doctor or facility', answer the questions, and submit your request. Our team will be delighted to assist you!
Please note, that our team can help you to reschedule or cancel an appointment if necessary. Please allow us at least 24 hours in advance to process your request.
