Once you submit an inquiry to either JOY or directly to a Healthcare Concierge, we internally create a service request.
Your inquiry will show up in your Inbox as “In-progress” and will be added to our service queue.
Service requests get routed to the best available concierge who is well-versed in your employee benefits package.
Specialized inquiries, like medical bill review requests, are being sent to our internal team of billing experts.
All requests usually involve research, faxing of medical documentation, calls to the providers, and much more.
Please note, that depending on the complexity of the request, the processing time might take up to 24 hours from the time of creation of the request.
