What is Find Care?

"Find Care" is a self-service tool available in the HealthJoy app that lets you search for in-network healthcare providers and facilities. You can use it to find doctors, hospitals, and other medical services tailored to your needs.

If your employer has enabled this feature, you can access it from the Main Menu of the app. To use"Find Care", tap the "Find Care" button and then select "Get Started". You will be taken to a page where you can choose the specialty or service you need and specify your search area. The tool allows you to review providers, add them to your Medical Team, or submit a request for assistance in verifying their office details.

You can either browse all providers in your selected area or filter them by in-network participation with a single click. However, since "Find Care" is powered by third-party vendors, the information may not always match the latest details from your insurance provider’s network, as it changes daily.

If you don’t see any providers listed near you or have trouble finding your provider, try switching the toggle from "in-network" to "all providers". Be advised, that even if the doctor is not mentioned in the "In-network" directory, it does not necessarily mean they are out-of-network.

We recommend verifying provider details before scheduling an appointment to confirm their network status. If needed, you can create a "Find Care" request for our team to check network and practice information on your behalf and we will gladly assist.

Please note that access to the "Find Care" feature is subject to your employer’s settings and may not be available to all users.
