Once you log in to your HealthJoy account, you can click the "Chat" 
button where you can interact with JOY, our virtual assistant.
JOY will walk you through the basics of our app and help you with any general questions you may have about your insurance, benefits, prescription savings, HSA/FSA/HRA account, etc. If you need more detailed information, our Healthcare Concierge team is always available to assist you.
Using the chat feature is as easy as sending a text message on your phone or using Facebook Messenger.
To access the chat screen, simply click on the "Chat" option on the bottom menu.
