Since HealthJoy is separate from your insurance carrier, we have no direct access to your claims or bills.
You need to contact your insurance provider directly by calling their phone number. It can be found on the back of your member ID card or in the HealthJoy Benefits Wallet
to check your claim history, request a copy of the bill, or any other related information.
Alternatively, you should be able to find all your claims on your insurance carrier's members portal. You will have to log in or create an account if you don't have one.
Even though the information about your claims/bills is not accessible directly through the app, our concierge team can reach out to your insurance provider and request your claims/bills on your behalf.
If you suspect there may be mistakes, our Bill Review Team can assist with reviewing them, if the feature is enabled under your subscription. Please request this service through the chat feature in the HealthJoy app, and we will help you investigate any potential issues.
