Requesting a Bill Review

There are a few ways you can request a Bill Review:

📱 In-App Journey

In the app menu, there are several options to start an intake journey, including Find a Provider, Find a Facility, Procedure Recommendation, Find Rx Savings, and Medical Bill Review. Select Medical Bill Review, then choose between a Rapid Bill Review or a Detailed Bill Review. Submit photos of your bill(s) and your request will be forwarded to the Bill Review department.

📞 Call Us 

You can also request a Bill Review by calling us at [phone]. Inform the concierge that you would like to create a Bill Review request and provide the necessary details. You will be asked to email or attach any relevant images of the bill you received.

💬 Live Chat

Another way to request a Bill Review is by using our Live Chat feature. A concierge will assist you in creating the request.
