To schedule an appointment with a Bill Review Representative:
- Please open and sign in to your HealthJoy app.
- Go to your Inbox.
- Select the bill review request that you have questions/concerns regarding.
- Open the card then scroll to the bottom of the page until you see the dark purple "Schedule an appointment" link.
- Click on the schedule an appointment, this will bring up a list of available dates and times.
- Select the date and time that works best for you.
- A bill review representative will contact you on that day and time to further assist.
If you try following these instructions and you are unable to locate the dark purple schedule an appointment link, please submit a chat, via the HealthJoy app, or call us at (800) 500-3212 for assistance with scheduling an appointment.
Please Note: HealthJoy's name doesn't always show up in the caller ID and our calls are from an (877) number. Also please be aware that your call might not be at exactly the time you select, please allow a grace period of a few minutes as the representative may be wrapping up another call.
