What does "Сomplete" mean on an Inbox card?

Your Inbox ✉ contains requests that you've made through JOY or our Healthcare Concierges. 

Once we have finalized a recommendation, we will notify you via email or phone notification. You will receive a message, and the status of the card will change to "Completed".

You can archive your completed Inbox cards at any time.
