An explanation of benefits (EOB) statement is a document provided by your insurance company that resembles a medical bill. It provides the details of a medical claim processed by the insurance company.
The EOB typically includes information such as the services provided, the healthcare provider's charges, the portion covered by the insurance, any deductions or adjustments, and the amount owed by the policyholder.

Since HealthJoy is separate from your insurance carrier, we have no direct access to your EOBs.
You should contact your insurance provider directly by calling the phone number available on the back of your member ID card or in the HealthJoy Benefits Wallet
to request your EOBs.
Alternatively, you should be able to find all your EOBs on your insurance carrier's members portal. You will have to log in or create an account if you don't have one.
Additionally, our concierge team can reach out to your insurance provider and request an Explanation of Benefits on your behalf.
