How do I change my phone number, email and mailing address?

You can change both your phone number and email on file from the HealthJoy app.

Just select “Profile” , then click on "Personal Information" and tap on the information you need to change.

In case you want to change your mailing address - please contact your HR department and request them to change this information in the latest eligibility file. Once we receive it - your address will be updated automatically.
