How do the star ratings work with recommendations?

We gather provider and facility star ratings from different sources, such as government, public, and private data. 

These sources, combined with our members' preferences, help us create recommendations.

Our data includes patient surveys, inspections by non-profits, patient outcomes, safety scores, legal information, and reports from HealthJoy members.

If you would like to leave your review about the recommendation given - please open your 'Inbox' ✉,  choose the correct completed request, and select the provider by tapping his name. Press 'Save to my care team' and select the correct physician. After that, there will be available butting 'Write a review', so you can choose it and share your opinion with us!
