What's an app notification?

An app notification 🔔 is a message that pops up on a mobile device similar to an SMS text message but with no carrier fees.

If enabled, HealthJoy can send notifications even when the app is closed, directing you to specific sections within it.

We utilize notifications to keep you informed about upcoming appointments, new messages from a concierge, and incoming video calls from online doctors.

For the best experience, we strongly recommend enabling notifications when prompted by the HealthJoy app or adjusting your notification settings via your HealthJoy profile screen.
