Can my company access my healthcare data from HealthJoy?

HealthJoy respects user privacy and will not share individual healthcare data with your employer.

We adhere to strict privacy policies and regulations, such as HIPAA, to ensure the confidentiality of personal health information.

We will never share your data with your employer, under any circumstance. The only data we may share with an employer is aggregated one that’s 100 percent anonymous to protect privacy or confirmation of whether you have activated your HealthJoy account so that you can qualify for potential engagement incentives. An employer will never see your health record.

The aggregated data we provide is based on the entire employee population, such as the number of online medical consultations in April for the whole company. However, individual details, like your personal consultation count for your family, remain private and are not accessible to your employer.
