If you have read your thorough bill review response in its entirety, and you have additional questions or concerns, you can schedule an appointment to speak with a Bill Review Specialist for further assistance.
Please follow these steps to schedule an appointment with a Bill Review Representative:
- Please open and sign into your HealthJoy app.
- Go to your Inbox.
- Select the bill review request that you have questions/concerns regarding.
- Open the card, do not click on "show bill details". Then scroll to the bottom of the page until you see the dark purple schedule an appointment link.
- Click on the schedule an appointment, this will bring up a list of available dates and times.
- Select the date and time that works best for you.
- A bill review representative will contact you on that day and time to further assist.
Please Note: HealthJoy's name doesn't always show up on the caller ID and our calls are from an (202) or (877) area code. Also please be aware that your call might not be at exactly the time you select, please allow a grace period of a few minutes as the representative may be wrapping up another call.
